Paint & Protect: Possum Box Workshop - Fri 16th January 10am
Join us for our family Paint & Protect: Possum Box Workshop – a fun, hands-on morning where you’ll paint your own possum box to take home for your wildlife-friendly garden and learn about the important work of Save Our Wildlife Foundation Inc. (SOWFI) in volunteer-driven wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.
Included:
Join us for our family Paint & Protect: Possum Box Workshop – a fun, hands-on morning where you’ll paint your own possum box to take home for your wildlife-friendly garden and learn about the important work of Save Our Wildlife Foundation Inc. (SOWFI) in volunteer-driven wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.
Included:
- A ready-made possum box to paint and take home for your garden
- Paints and brushes provided
- Morning tea
- A short talk on wildlife rescue and rehabilitation
Kids Wildlife Education
- for 5 to 11 year olds - Free!
Wednesday 21 January
Join us for this school holiday fun hour where you’ll learn about our local wildlife, when it needs help and what you can do.
For the Wildlife Warriors in your house come and enjoy some learning and activities to help wildlife live alongside us in harmony.
Two sessions to choose from:
10:00 am to 11:00 am
or
11.30am to 12.30pm
Where: Mount Barker Community Centre, 3 Dumas Street, Mount Barker
Session 1: 10.00am -11.00am
Session 2: 11.30am – 12.30pm
Due to limited numbers bookings are required.
